Shortly before the tour, my husband had a severe allergic reaction and had to be taken urgently to the hospital. It was a genuine medical emergency beyond our control. I went to the meeting point at the scheduled time to explain the situation and politely asked to reschedule within the next four days of our stay the same or any other available tour. “Very nice tour. We were picked up on time, beautiful romantic place for dinner. 3 course dinner and unlimited non-alcohol glogi followed by snowmobile ride on the frozen lake, which was a lot of fun. I rate it 4 because despite of sitting by open fire, it was very cold inside igloo with the outside temperature -8C and inside between 0+5. In 1.5 hrs we were frozen. Having a small heater inside igloo would make dinner more enjoyable.”

As soon as we knew this we contacted the company so that they could have our places for other people. We asked them if we could do it the next day and they said yes, but that we had to pay for the activity again since, according to them, Iberia would reimburse us for the expenses arising from the delay in landing. When we indicated that we had no security of such return we were offered to rebook with a 50% discount. I understand that it was not the fault…”

“What a great experience! Our guide Vadym was incredible! Very knowledgeable and fun. We had 3 different types of vehicles to choose from and could even choose to be pulled in a sled. Amazing views all put by ourselves in the deep woods. Much higher quality snowmobile that we chose versus a different tour operator we used the day before. The lunch in the igloo was excellent! Very cool setting and delicious food. Pickup and drop off was in a much nicer vehicle then other tours. Highly highly recommend The Guide Father and Vadym in particular. We will book all of our tours with them when we come back!”

“Safartica is an extremely professional company with excellent equipment and the most incredible guides. For this tour, they provide everything from overalls to boots including socks, and balaclava. You just need to show up and they take care of you. We were a group of 11 and had 2 guides Alessandro and Valentina. Both were very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I want to especially thank Alessandro - my wife was a solo driver and for some reason her snowmobile wasn't going as fast as others even with full throttle.
